I was so impressed with all staff from emergency care and in the MAU ward where I spent 2 days. The staff were kind and very attentive. The professionalism was outstanding from porters health care assistants nurses and doctors making what can be a distressing time when you feel so unwell really comfortable and giving me a lot of confidence. There is a lot of bad press about the NHS but I can honestly say KGH has it right. Well done to all the staff and thank you.
