Doctors and nurses take a real pride and care in their work. Suzette(RN on ash ward) is kind, empathetic and takes a real pride in her work and making people as comfortable as possible. Dr Brook was brilliant in both a&e and on the ward, took the time to explain everything and keep me update and came back when he had answers. Anita (matron) did a sterling job of chasing up a new bed for me and keeping me updated each step of the way. They are all a real credit to the trust and made my time in hospital so much more comfortable
Suggested improvements
I was in a bed for 8 days and counting so far, although staff have been brilliant and are a real credit to the job they do, I did not need a bed for all this time and spent it waiting for a neuro bed to become available and a MRI to be done
