I arrived at Urgent care at 20:55 on Wednesday 20th and left at 11:30am on Thursday 21st. 14 hrs to be cleared and I was actually seen physcially by professionals for only about 20 minutes altogether. This is unacceptable. I felt sorry for the parents with children waiting for 3 hrs on their feet. To be fair when seen, Drs and nurses were very good. One of the Drs in triage was not great though. He was not very warm. I was just another patient. That’s how I felt.

Suggested improvements
Reduce the time of waiting. I had to miss work and I also did not sleep for 32 hours that day. Completely unacceptable.
