left for 7 hours with no treatment,6 failed attempts at inserting a cannula, had to walk around a&e begging multiple nurses to get my drip to actually feed into my body, none of them wanted to help me Was finally put in a room 3 feet away from a patient that literally made it impossible for me to sleep at all for days, when I asked if there was anywhere else I could go that had an acceptable noise level I was told to leave the ward,it was 2:30am,I had no money, phone or keys and had to walk almost 4 hours to my home whilst barely being able to stand,i collapsed twice,I feared for my safety all the way 2 occasions I walked in to the toilet whilst elderly females were actually using the toilet, the nurse just left them there without locking the door or keeping watch,it was embarrassing for me and very embarrassing for these poor women I gave all necessary information on my health condition and the only medicine that works on me during these flare ups(this is an ongoing 12 year problem) This was ignored and I was accused of being a “seeker” and made to feel like some kind of junkie drug user all because there’s is only one anti-sickness drug that works on me, After giving the necessary information,I was told I have to take different medication that has no effect on my symptoms and prove it doesn’t work, therefore prolonging my suffering even though it’s clearly documented in all my medical notes This was by far the worst hospital stay/treatment I’ve ever had in this ongoing 12 year ordeal

Suggested improvements
Listen to patients, check medical notes, show the smallest amount of compassion and don’t tell vulnerable people to leave their beds and walk miles home at 2:30 am
