I received wonderful treatment from all the staff at the hospital both at the pre assessment and the day of the surgery.
The nurses were very attentive and were happy to offer assistance if needed.
My surgeon pre op was extremely through in explaining the procedure and the possible complications.
However, I would have a appreciated a few words after the op to reassure that the procedure had gone well - but that is only a minor gripe :)
Overall, I extremely satisfied with my treatment.
