The nurses took great care of me and did everything they could to help manage my pain.
Suggested improvements
When a patient is suffering from severe pain; example kidney stones and says they need to lie down, do not make them sit down outside just because they are not showcasing the severity of the pain. Let the patient lie down and make them feel comfortable.
