Unprofessional reception , long waiting hours ,

Suggested improvements
The hospital can do better if there are more doctors. Night staff receptionist should have more knowledge of her job . Using appropriate words when dealing with patients who are suffering with there conditions and treat each and every patient with dignity and respect without forgetting that they are in pain . The reception told me that it’s my choice to come to hospital when I ask her about the waiting time .coming to hospital is not a choice it’s a need . I had to wait more than 8 hours to be treated. I am a single parent leaving my child on her own all night.
