Such a shame that I wasn’t allowed to visit my dad, but quite understandable. However, when I collected him upon discharge, he mentioned that he wasn’t very happy with one nurse in particular. He wasn’t able to give me a name so we’re not able to help with any improvement. However, I am so grateful for the telephone call from Dr Malik. The information given and the conversation was at a level that I could understand, and I also feel as though I was listened to. Thank you, Dr Malik!


Considering that my dad was in a ‘frailty’ ward, I would have appreciated better communication from nursing/medical staff, even though I appreciate these unprecedented times with covid. However, I am now waiting for follow up appointment, as noted in discharge notes
