All staff were friendly and helpful, but the waiting time was horrendous and there were no working plug sockets to charge phones and no healthy food accessible.


I imagine reducing the wait time would be out of your control currently. Ensuring there is access to phone charge portals (or working plug sockets) would make all the difference, as well as access to healthy food. We were told if we left while waiting for results we would have to start all over again… which meant we were forced to starve for 7 hours with only packets of crisps or chocolate from the vending machine.
