I needed to visit KGH Urgent Care for a shoulder injury and was prepared for the long haul. BUT, it was just two hours door to door, including Xrays and doctor consultation. Fortunately, no breaks, so told to access physio via GP.. Amazingly efficient. What was even more amazing was a telephone call from Queens Hospital, the very next day, offering an Outpatients appointment at their Fracture Clinic, which I then attended the FOLLOWING day! Very good care! Thank you.

Maybe, if the doctor I saw at KGH Urgent Care had also done the physical exam of the shoulder that the doctor at Queens did, rather than just reviewing my Xrays, you could have saved yourself an Outpatients appointment.
