I came in for my appointment at BASE 3 and although it did take a bit of time to be seen, everyone was very helpful especially the nurses and assistants. I especially would like to thank the phlebotomist who helped me. I am afraid of needles and he helped me so much, he was talking to so I took my mind away from the needle and performed the process so quickly and efficiently. This was a first time, it was painless, usually, I am in pain and usually so worked up over the whole process I get lightheaded and close to fainting. He was just great, I only regret not thanking him properly after he took the blood sample and that I didn't take his name (Indian male early/mid 30's, from Hyderbad)
