I visited the Gynaecology outpatients department, with the high numbers of covid cases in Ilford i wasn't feeling so confident to attend my appointment. As soon as I arrived at King George Hospital, i felt at ease and was welcomed by friendly happy staff. So refreshing to experience this, even with the pandemic. The staff member at the entrance showed me to my appointment. I was looked after by a great team of Doctors, Nurses and staff members. I felt like i was in private care, the whole department was very welcoming and kept me involved with my whole appointment and treatment. I was well informed and treated with excellent respect and kindness. I am so pleased with my experience and thankful to all the staff who saw me on 25/01/21 at 3.30pm. Thank you so much! You guys are amazing!
