Overall the experience was poor but happy that in the end I was discharged in good condition.

The experience was very poor due to coming into emergency with severe pain and have to wait for almost 4 hours to get a paracetamol for the pain suffered. Is unbelievable to be told to wait at the reception for so many hours even though you said you are in severe pain and you can barely stand. My biggest concern is the reception team very rude made stand to give a lot of details even if they’ve seen I was in severe pain and have to told them that I have to seat instead to stand for them to complete updated information. The doctor and nurses where good taking good care of me however I can’t understand the waiting time even though you explain are in severe pain.
