I have come today as part of my job to assist a gentleman with his appointment, we came by ambulance transfer. The appointment was very quick, I then waited over an hour for transport to arrive to collect us. I approached the desk and was told it can take up to an hour. I sat back down, only now the gentleman was getting vet agitated and was trying to stand up. Only he cannot walk and has dementia. I approached the desk again after 2 and a half hours waiting only to be told it hasn’t even been booked yet. I’m absolutely disgusted with this service. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
