When we first arrived, we walked for 45 minutes to be seen by a nurse in urgent care. The nurse we saw was very helpful. We had booked via 111 so did not expect to be kept waiting { }.
Suggested improvements
The doctor ward nurses we saw in A&E were nicer than team urgent care./nThe receptionist in urgent had a poor attitude. The rest of the staff were nice.
