The nurses were extremely rude, I was suffering with bad chest pains and asked for pain killers, yet over an hour later i was still sitting uncomfortably. When I asked again if I was able to get the pain relief I asked for the nurse was very rude and basically "shooed" me away and said "just sit down, just sit down"
5 mins later, a different nurse brought me some Paracetamol which did nothing considering I was suffering with very bad pains.
Nobody told me what was going on, or what to expect after being triaged..i definitely did not expect to wait over 9 hours, that's for sure.
Suggested improvements
Nurses could have used simple manners and been polite.
It could have been clearer that after triage I would be left waiting for hours without being seen at all.
