The issue I have is I attended with a open wound on my head and was bleeding upon arrival. It took 6 hours for someone to even check me, and a further 7 hours to see a doctor. In this time I wasn’t checked in on to see if I was ok. The 2x receptionists was so helpful in trying to help me get seen quicker, along with a lady called who I believe was called Hannah. However other than that I was quite concerned as one minute I was being told I’m next and 6 hours later I was told there is no doctor her at the moment

Suggested improvements
More communication and honesty but it’s not anyone at king George’s fault really as we can all see how under staffed the NHS is and until that changes it will continue
