Caring and competent staff but very noisy at night in large Ash ward due to the semi-open plan layout with 8 bed wards open at one end onto a main thoroughfare/corridor where admin desks, toilets etc are located.
Could do with some form of screen/closure to dampen the noise.
Would also help if the night staff lowered their voices speaking to each other rather than talking at normal volumes.
