I had two consultation appointments and my surgery at the King Edward VII hospital. Without exception the medical team were very kind and took every effort to look after me. The only hiccup I experienced was over discharge after the surgery. I didn't feel I was given enough information regarding the delay. A way to resolve this would have been to manage my expectations with regards to the timings and to run through the required steps. Over and above this admin delay, I wouln't hestiate to recommend the hosptial in the future.
