I was very happy with the care and treatment I received. I was informed about next steps and the staff working with Mr Davies was very helpful and professional. The only thing I would improve is the reception at the entrance of the hospital. The room was untidy, a person was talking loudly on the phone and there was no place to stay calm and fill the sheet that they gave me at the entrance.
