The whole 3+ hrs we were there for was very much detailed , all staff from omnipod and the diabetes team explained everything step by step and did not move on until every one was confidence
Friendly, professional and informative staff.
The podiatrist was very polite, helpful, professional and had good communication skills. The treatment was excellent. The podiatry area was organised and had good hygiene standards.
Absolutely lovely consultant and the two nurses were so helpful. I love this hospital.
Treated with respect
Very though and all results explained welln
The service received was very good and with no complaints except:
1. A telephone call was made to the department regarding the appointment. As has always been the case, the call went to voicemail and a message was left but no return call was received;
2.There were no face masks available in the entrance dispenser.
I have been a patient at King Edward VII Diabetes Clinic for nearly 26 years.
The receptionists, nurses and Consultants have always treated me courtesy and patience, with efficient professionalism.
Always explaining and offering the latest guidance and advice.
Thank you.

The doctor and nurse were kind and I could hear them clearly which is helpful as I am slightly
deaf.
