Was saying on time, but the nurse admitted she was not fully prepared as they were system issues. Further frustrated that should’ve seen previously again fell out of your system for unknown reason

Been better prepared, book the follow-up appointment. Two days later have received a letter which I’ve now got to phone the appointment line. Sometimes we appear to go round and round in circles and everything is done on one visit the NHS.

[name removed] was playful, positive and thorough and explained everything as well as putting our daughter at ease, we saw someone who wasn’t very good but [name removed] was exceptional

(26/Feb/2024) [name removed] (audiologist) was very helpful and attentive and thorough throughout the session. Excellent service :-) Hopefully back soon when the new ear mould (for my right ear) is ready for fitting

If possible, please consider taking on at least some basic form of ear cleaning (wax removal) service (eg just prior to having ear mould impressions taken) as currently performed by a different department (ENT) Especially as currently the need for cleaning being identified and then having to wait weeks for an available ENT appointment for what appears to be a simple quick procedure and then subsequently having to wait a further lengthy period for the actual impression appointment (by which time, the need for cleaning may again be required...) In this way, the whole process of getting ear mould impressions (including any cleaning as required) could all be achieved within the one appointment slot - surely a "win-win" situation all around...? -> anything more complex/involved could still be referred to ENT
