[name removed] our CCG dietitian is always extremely helpful and will aim to address any difficulties in a prompt manner. She has helped a few challenges we had with GP surgeries with good outcomes and resolution. she is always very professional and a pleasure to work with in an MDT setting.

I was greeted by a lady called [name removed] (not sure if that is the correct spelling) who was very polite, helpful explained everything that was happening with me, with a good bit of humour which relaxed me. Showed me new greener products, which were explained throughly to me. The clinic was running late which did annoy me as I had work to go to. Once I got to see Doctor, she was very helpful, explained everything fully and has recommended different treatment for me, which will be explored later.

Run on time.

The Consultant and student that I met were so polite and respectful and listened and responded to everything I said. They were thorough in explaining everything and were genuinely interested and affirming.A good model for best practice

I was asked to complete a form on arrival with personal details I.e. name ; address; phone number; email address; GP practice.etc. I was asked to repeat/confirm everything when I met the Consultant. Is this necessary?
