The staff were fantastic and I can’t thank them enough.

A few observations include: 1) Room temperature varied greatly and there seemed to be no thermostat control to keep a steady all day temperature 2) scheduled test times were greatly delayed ( CT scan 6 hours later than I was told) keeps patients on edge wondering when they will actually be seen. I know, of course, what immense pressure the system is under and totally empathise the above is meant to be constructive feedback. Thanks you. [name removed]

Was met with a smile. She introduced her self telling me her name and the the procedure that was needed and the time it would take

I was very nervous and the doctor was lovely and reassuring.

I had not had an appointment, but was visiting another clinic within the hospital for treatment. When my 1st appointment was finished I had to go past audiology and called in to see what I should do. The reception team was extremely pleasant and I was slotted into a cancellation. I have had nothing but praise for the team since my very first appointment a couple of years ago.

On this visit there was nothing that I could fault them for.

Education was for Dexcom G6 not freestyle libre. [name removed] is very approachable, friendly and informative about tbe product which is new to me. We did experience problem with compatibility of my.phone and CGMS, but was given information to obtain a new phone. Another appointment is going to be booked.

Parking free a big plus, plenty of room to park butni did have afternoon appt which I know is easier for parking facility.

I was well received and my issues were well discussed and complications were explained! I came out well satisfied and little more knowledgeable

All patients should be more informed and educated!!
