Amazing place. Great care all the staff there are really caring,friendly and professional. The whole hospital is not only very people friendly it is spotlessly clean. My mum was very Lucky to have been referred there for her operation the level of care she has received has been brilliant. We can't thank all the staff at KIMS enough you are all just brilliant!

Overall care spoiled by poor communication from me over the go-ahead for the operation because of high blood pressure reading at my pre-op assessment. Also on my first day there were two agency nurses who were rude and very unhelpful. Otherwise my care was superb. I raised these issues at the time and hope appropriate action has been taken so that other patients do not suffer the same experiences

The rooms are pleasant and relatively quiet. The staff are competent, friendly and caring. The hospital is in a lovely location, well equipped and can be thoroughly recommended.

Staff are incredible, they are so kind and will do anything for their patients to make them comfortable and to make the experience a lot better. All staff from the receptionists that keep you informed, the people who bring you drinks and food to the nurses and doctors who care for you they all have a real passion for care and are incredible at their jobs. I couldn't say one bad thing about any members of staff in the hospital. The hospital was in great condition and super clean to which is essential. Fantastic hospital!

My whole experience when attending the hospital was a very positive experience and staff were polite and respectful at all times. At all stages of my diagnosis and treatment I was kept informed and appointments were always made to suit my availability.

Excellent care given by all nurses, Doctors and physio therapists. The hospital wasnt really like a hospital to be honest, The surroundings and staff made you so relaxed and made sure you had everything that you needed. Basically the care given was second to none!

This hospital is the best I have been in, and there have been a few in recent years! The care I receievd was exceptional, from the nursing team, doctors, physiotherapists and support staff. The hopsital was very clean and welcoming, with restaurant standard food and service.

EVERY MEMBER OF STAFF THAT I HAVE COME INTO CONTACT WITH DURING MY STAY AT KIM'S AND SUBSEQUENT VISITS HAVE BEEN POLITE, HAPPY, INFORMATIVE, AND REASSURING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE CONSIDERING USING IT.

The reason for the drop in the star rating was two fold.
1. I was told that my case would be discussed with the anaesthetist because of my BMI. I was told that unless I heard otherwise before my operation in one week's time all was well. In order to avoid anxiety through uncertainty I believe it would have been better to have been informed of the go ahead for the operation as soon as this was known.
2. Two nurses on my first day were unhelpful, rude and inattentive when I needed help. I later found out they were agency staff and one of them had upset a female patient. I have suggested that greater care and supervision is needed when employing unknown agency staff.
