The nursing staff were all very professional and caring, they explained about my procedure and answered all my questions before my surgery, I would thoroughly recommend Kim’s hospital

I fed back to KIMs hospital after six weeks. From the Porters who took me to X-Ray and the Operating Theatre, through reception, nurses and the catering staff everyone was throughly professional and a pleasure to be with.

Amanda my nurse was there for me from admission to going home later the same day after partial knee replacement. Nothing was too much trouble for her or the other staff on duty. The hospital itself is excellent, My surgeon Mr Ellis was excellent. I felt that all the staff genuinely cared about me. The hospital itself is more like a hotel than a hospital, there has obviously been a lot of thought gone into the layout of the hospital. Highly recommended by me.

I feel very lucky to have had my procedure at KIMS hospital. It is so well organised from being greeted at the door and taken by a very nice Porter to your ward where the facilities are excellent. Each staff member was friendly and professional. The food I had was delicious and freshly made. I was discharged speedily so no waiting around for any length of time. All in all a very positive experience would thoroughly recommend this hospital.

All the staff are pleasant and efficient.The atmosphere in the waiting room is calm and relaxing.Emails to admin were replied to promptly and the staff were helpful over the phone.

All the staff on the Dickens ward were wonderful. I was there to have a procedure under the NHS but was treated exactly like a private patient.

I went as NHS patient and was well treated by all the staff, the hospital was clean, and I didn't have to wait long. The consultant was excellent.

I was well looked after from the moment the security guard walked me to the Ward all the way to him coming to pick me up to bring me back to the entrance hall at the end after around four hours. Everything (the pre-operation preparation/operation/post operation lunch/communication of post operative care) was done efficiently, with care, and to a high standard.
