From start to finish I was more than happy with Kim’s hospital. The staff are kind , understanding, professional , informed & prompt. I never waited more than 5mins for my appointments & there was no missing paperwork , excuses because they couldn’t find a doctor or staff not knowing what was going on . All of these things I have experienced at other hospitals. It is obviously very well managed , the staff all seem very happy in their jobs & everything I needed or wanted was catered for. My room was large , new , clean with a lovely on suite wet room. The food was restaurant quality , always hot & delicious. It was more like being in an hotel. All these things made the worry of having an operation & convalescing in hospital so much easier. Any issues I had with pain relief , getting mobile & needing help were dealt with promptly , compassionately & with empathy. I never saw or heard any of the staff just standing around gossiping which I have experienced many times at other hospitals. I would recommend this hospital 100%.
