During my stay in KIMS, two nights, I was treated with respect and my every need was catered for. I cannot thank the medical staff enough. However the admin side leaves something to be desired. I had to change an appointment and left two voicemails neither of which was responded to. In addition I also left two voicemails regarding paying an outstanding invoice. Again neither received a response.
