The staff at KIMS hospital from the porters to the cleaners, catering, care assistants and nurses really are an amazing team.
I was in for a Full knee replacement and I was on Nickleby Ward, nothing was to much for them, when I say everyone was fantastic with me I mean everyone, the management should be proud of there staff, they are a credit to your hospital. There attention to detail was second to none, my comfort and well being was all that mattered to them. Everyone had time to talk there was no rush and I was treated like I was there only patient (which I wasn't).
Every single aspect of my care was run past me first with everything explained to me so clearly and concise and with great humour & friendliness. I really can not fault this hospital and its staff.
I would like to thank everyone on Nickleby Ward for my stay, you made me and my visitors so welcome and comfortable.
