After recently undergoing an operation at KIMS hospital I would like to pass on my thanks to all the hardworking staff there who cared for me day and night and made my stay a pleasant one, especially to the theatre staff who were so lovely and made me feel relaxed before my operation, the nurse who managed to get the compression socks on me and the catering staff for packing up my delicious lunch for me to take home!
I had an excellent surgeon who I have reviewed separately.
My room was spacious and comfortable with very well appointed ensuite facilities.
There was a plentiful choice of meals on the menu and I never ran out of a fresh jug of drinking water.
Since my discharge I have been using the hospital's Lifebox facility as a means to follow up my recovery and received a prompt response by telephone when I raised a concern via this.
I had minimal waiting times for my outpatient appointments and overall I would think that any reasonable person would find it hard to find fault with this hospital if they chose it for their treatment.

Modern hospital with all the latest equipment it seems,
Plenty of room, nice clean rooms, nice food and pleasant staff.

The confidence in my consultant, Dr Hany Habeeb was excellent. I was looked after at every stage of my consultation with Dr Habeeb. I was well informed and reassured when needed and the surgery carried out left me with no real issues to speak of and I was home the same day in the evening. I know no-one want's to go through these types of procedures, but it's good to know that when you do you will be looked after professional and respectfully.

All the nurses, physios and surgeons all handled my ACL reconstruction very well, seeing me regularly after surgery making sure I was okay, explaining all the medications to use and when to use them, and also a very friendly team and made me feel welcomed as soon as I got in

The staff in KIMS hospital made me feel very comfortable during my stay. The care was excellent, almost felt like being in a hotel than a hospital. I would recommend it to anyone.

All personal is very kind and everyone welcomed me very well. Every time I’ve been to this hospital I felt like being home. I was 100% satisfied and will always recommend.

The Staff at KIMS were fantastic and I cannot thank them all enough. All of the Ward Staff on Pickwick Ward, Mr. Jain and his Theatre Team, and my Physiotherapist Amber . Have given me fantastic treatment and support, at every step of the way. They have also provided a very caring a safe environment, and I feel has been a privilege to have received such excellent care.
