I had my procedure in April. The team that looked after me were absolutely amazing. It's so difficult during these times having to go into hospital without loved ones with you. The team made you feel at ease and were with you every step of the way. Thank you

Would recommend KIMS to anyone, great staff
Was very well looked after on both occassions, though only one niggle - on the day I left hospital, staff were a little lack luster and needed chaing for a few things. Though was not a reflection of my stay - the staff had been amazing up to that point, and the nurse that walked me out to my lift was great too.

First day was great, looked after, clean towels, room cleaned. Second day I struggled to get fresh towels, toilet paper and even drinking water. Kept having to ask and kept getting forgotten. Room was not cleaned on the second day. I think they hoped I was going home on the second day so they didn't bother. I even made my own bed.
I don't recommend.

Always polite staff and often offered drinks whilst waiting. Staff keep you up to date if any delays.

I recently had an impacted wisdom tooth removed and the care I received from Mr Gulati was exceptional. In summary, Mr Gulati is a fantastic surgeon and I did not experience any post-operative problems. I received excellent patient care at every stage and I would also like to extend my gratitude to the wider medical team at KIMS Hospital. I would certainly recommend this hospital to anyone

KIMs hospital is well
Positioned in the locality. It is clean and the service is always efficient even in times of the pandemic. The staff are welcoming and always direct you well once you enter the building.
I have always been happy with the care I have received at KIMs.
