Kirsty explained so well the movements to do to get the arm working again, I am extremely grateful for her superb help, my arm was so very painful and movements limited, now it's great. KGH at it's best. thank you.

Very good explanations and demonstrations of how to use the exercise facilities. Help and advice were forthcoming when required. Encouragement for a patient who is inpatient and regards progress as being slow!

- Seeing the same physio.
- Taking time at the initial assessment - got a good understanding of my present condition. This meant the exercises all helped. Nothing hindered.
- Being seen on time.
