Emma Swan on the Urology clinic spent time with me on Tuesday 8th July during which I found her to be professional, caring, concerned and knowledgeable. She made me feel that I was the only patient and that she had ample time to fully answer my questions and put me at ease. As I said to her she is ideal in her current role but equally if she sought promotion then to me, she seemed very able to advance.
