Attended with my 17 year old son after her sustained a burn from a pizza at work. The hospital was clean and modern. All of the staff from the receptionist to the triage nurse, HCA and nurse practitioners were knowledgeable, kind and very efficient. The follow up care was timely and appropriate. We have had an excellent experience of this service and are very grateful to the staff and their Standard of care.
First as a breast surgeon worked in this lovely tidy clean hospital I am extremely proud of being a member of the team , starting from Mrs Sally Brown , other nurses and the welcoming receptionists ... thank you all for making Johnson a nice place to work in ... Mr Alaa Talaat Breast surgeon
Rude receptionist in MIU.
Nurse sat gossiping at reception desk - displayed very bad non verbal behaviours when I was booking in. I was told off for not following 'their' procedure. Complete lack of dignity and respect.
Seen by doctor who was dismissive failing to reach the correct diagnosis.
Seen by my own GP the following day who started treatment immediately and referred me for a chest X-ray.
I could not find any fault with my son here. The staff are great so kind and helpful.
The whole place is so clean and tidy.
Nothing could be improved.
Food is lovely.
I have been very content on the ward.
As you will see by my answers to questions 3 to 6 that the care and attention from staff and doctors has been excellent.
The food/menu- very good- being a sponge/crumble man I couldn't go wrong.
I came with a poor appetite and eating difficulties- and other problems- but now after my 3 week stay much improved. Thank you.

Bad: Mattress was full of air and bit useless.
Everything about my care was good. The care of staff is beyond belief, I have never had such good care and treatment.
