Having never been to a GYM I was little nervous. I now feel confidence to continue with GYM work to maintain my strength. These sessions have made me stronger and were worth doing (the class).

At the start when discussing my injury there was an expectation about the whole nature of the injury but that was not always the case. I bit more detailed discussion about this would have been quite informative.
