I was very pleased with the care I received from my Physio who was looking after me. She saw my physical restrictions and based the exercises around them.
Suggested improvements
It’s such a shame that the physio I started with is moving onto some where else. I find this rather frustrating and difficult. As you start with a person I believe that they should work with you till your sessions have been completed and not half way through. This also applies for people like myself who struggle really badly with changes.

The experience was enjoyable, both [name removed] and [name removed] were excellent and wish the course could be extended to 8 weeks or more, in total hip class.

[name removed] was great.
We resolved a lot of pain in my back.
She kept encouraging me to do exercises and try them at the gym. Which I did get round to doing and they do make a difference.
She came up with good tweaks to improve things, like squat with a raiser under my heel.
Suggested improvements
Encourage rest time.
Be open that doing the exercises may cause pain, but that it should generally help in time.
Try to work through the pain the exercises may cause.
