I think mental health teams struggle due to funding and everything else so therefore I believe they do the best they can with the resources they have
Suggested improvements
I think someone should try calling the numbers that are given to patients for extra support out of hours, they are not the greatest of support for someone going through a crisis and can often actually make situations far worse, to the point that I rarely call out of hours now because of being badly treated etc. I think this should be looked at closer before handing out the numbers.
