Initial assessment and coming up with an action plan was effective, although this took a lot of chasing to get sorted in the first place. No-one called me when they said they would and then blamed myself and cancelled assessments instead of owning up to their mistake making my mental health worse. Once treatment was discussed, it took a month of chasing it up to get it set in place.

Calling when it has been arranged and not leaving it to the patient to chase up every detail for months which causes stress and anxiety
