As far as hospital visits go this was brilliant. Staff were more than accommodating and communication was brilliant throughout. Nothing was to much trouble. We had a follow up call the day after my son had surgery to ensure all was going well.

I live reside in Augustine Heights, Brookwater & Spring Lakes area which is in the Ipswich catchment. Had difficulties breathing and coughing up a fair amount of blood. Decided to go to Ipswich (West Moreton) public hospital on Sunday morning as getting quite concerned. Never been a patient at this hospital in the 9 years I lived within the Ipswich postcode. My god, this place was an absolute disjointed nightmare and I never want to go back again! Prior to this, I thought, I live in a 1st world country so why would I need to pay for private healthcare? However after this hellish experience in the public system with West Moreton Hospital , I'm biting the bullet and paying to go private. NEVER AGAIN!

I’m just over 4 weeks post-op following a breast implant exchange with Mr Tuffaha, and so far I genuinely could not be happier with my results and the recovery! I had previously had a breast augmentation with another surgeon in London and unfortunately had to have revision surgery soon after, which still didn’t rectify the problem. After doing a lot of research and reading plenty of reviews, I found Mr Tuffaha. Following my initial consultation, I felt so informed, confident and reassured that he could help and that this was the right decision for me. Mr Tuffaha has a very calm and kind presence and was totally transparent, taking the time to go through my options and what could be possible. He was very clear in managing my expectations from the beginning and explained exactly how he could try and improve my results for a more desirable outcome. The whole process from the initial consultation to the surgery was totally seamless. I had plenty of information leading up to the surgery and no question was too much trouble. Following the surgery, I was really well looked after and instantly loved my results! I cannot recommend Mr Tuffaha enough! He is so knowledgable, experienced and genuinely cares about his patients. Thank you so much to him and the entire team who looked after me throughout my journey!

Upon arrival I was put at ease by the friendly nurses, they were all so happy and nothing was too much for them to support you. I was always made comfortable from pain and the staff were always so helpful.

The only criticism i would have is that the anaethstist asked for me to be weighed i easnt. The nurses into theatre were great and kept me occupied while everything else was going on.
