My experience on Lavenham ward was really good. The ward was very clean and the staff welcoming. They put me at ease straight away, explained everything and answered any questions that I had. My dedicated nurses, Anna and Georgie, were fantastic. They introduced themselves straight away so I knew who would be looking after me, they were so helpful and made me feel so much more comfortable about everything that was happening. They answered all my questions and kept me updated about what was going on. They, and all the staff who were involved in my care, from the porters to the surgeons, were so caring and really fantastic. I can’t praise them enough.
