Given a 9am appointment and made to wait 6hours for a ten minute scan....wasn't kept informed about any delays. Given a buzzer that didn't work.... really dissatisfied and feeling generally disappointed.... we realise that the NHS is understaffed but this is no way to treat pregnant women with existing health problems ...please God get the women and children's center more staff or offer services elsewhere where the patients aren't going to need to bring their own tent!
Clean hospital, friendly staff, easy to navigate, lots of parking and in an easy to find location.
Everyone in the team was very caring
We where waiting for our scan for 40 minutes then had to wait another one and a half hours for a blood sample. This wasn't for anything out of the ordinary it was the usual procedure for first pregnancy scan. Having a pregnant woman wait for over two hours for blood that she could have pricked her finger and dripped out more than was needed in that time is absolutely shambolic and an embarrassment to the NHS.
Good communication and respect
Treated very well in my stay Doctors and staff helpful food was very good
The eye department team were so kind, helpful and supportive during my operation recently. All the areas of the hospital were spotlessly clean and lots of measures in place for santitization. I was informed of all the procedures for my operation and the aftercare was superb, highly recommend the hospital and the eye department.
Probably don't make someone with a documented tokophobia diagnosis wait over an hour after it was scheduled for an appointment
Really friendly nothing to much ,listened to all my needs
Very well looked after despite difficult
Covid restrictions.
