From the moment our darling Mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer and Hospicare were involved, they were there offering support and advice. Mum's final four days were very hard for her and the family but your nurses, Anne, Lisa, Tracey and Viv attended to Mum with such kindness and care - we will be forever in your debt and offer our heartfelt thanks for your wonderful services
I cannot fault the care and support that my late husband and I received. We were both treated with great care and compassion at all times.
Absolutely nothing could have been done better.
I cannot thank the service enough. Fr all the support I guidance given. Knowing that I was able to discuss concerns with someone who actually understood the situation was invaluable.
Every Hospice are person I dealt with had a wonderful helpful, personal attitude and incredible patience. On a practical level everything was explained and the staff liaised with other NHS departments and organisations very efficiently. They eased a lot of the stress of the final days of my wife. She, herself thought the staff and service to be exceptional. I/we felt that they were here for us both. My wife's greatest fear was not death but whether I'd be ok afterwards. The obvious help and support from Hospice reassured her more than I could.
Staff kind and caring, helpful I feel safe here listen to you, all good.
The staff are polite and any question we have are answered promptly.
She is wonderful. She has made this journey much easier. She has helped both on a practical level and an emotional level.
My dad was cared for by the Mid Devon ( Crediton ) team.
The specialist nurse - Sarah , was fantastic.
She sorted Dads TEP and JICB medication.
She liased with the GP and sorted his medication. She gave symptom control advice and the team rang me regularly to check in how things were given .
The team provided me with a friendly ear and Sarah listened and spoke with dad excellently.
The team referred dad to the hospice at home team and Marie Curie nurses .
Thank you
