We were always able to access care and advice easily. Nothing was too much trouble and visits never felt rushed. My dad was always treated with dignity and respect and staff made a real effort to get to know him. They ensured that his last days were peaceful and comfortable and allowed us to spend as much time as possible with him. The only thing that could be improved would be the timing of the feedback form as it was given immediately after my father passed away which took us by surprise but apart from that the care and support for everyone was excellent.
