Good communication between nurses, patient and family members. You are there 24 hours a day only a phone call away and arrive SAP, could not ask for more. Nurses arranged extra equipment to help care for patient and communicated with patients G.P with regards to end off life pain relief. Nothing was to much trouble for them, put themselves out to make the whole experience of end of life as pleasant as possible for patient and family members as it can be in an environment at home. Can not praise these nurses enough for all that they do and have done for my father. Thank you so very much.
