Review of Hinchingbrooke - Juniper Ward written by a family member
22nd October 2017

The staff are compassionate and caring, especially nurse Pep, nurse Armie, nurse Mary Lov and head nurse Christine. They took care of my mother like family and we as a family couldn't ask for more. My only complaint would be certain staff (maybe nurses on the training because my mother was manhandled during a bedding change but many thanks for all your dedication and care.

Review of Hinchingbrooke - Acute Assessment Unit written by a patient
22nd October 2017

Everyone I saw was friendly, kind and efficient. Despite being busy and having some really difficult patients to deal with, they remained professional. I was made to feel at ease and taken good care of. The only improvement I can ask is that the sizes of needles used be considered carefully. I had a large (green) needle in the back of my hand and it was extremely painful by the second day. Please note a staff member changed the cannula to a better one and they did offer to change the needle however I decided to keep it instead of having t done again.

Review of Hinchingbrooke - Delivery Suite (Labour Ward) written by a patient

Everyone was amazing, felt looked after at all times. I wasn't the easiest to look after in labor but they still made me feel safe. The volunteer lady on lilac ward was lovely too.
