Student nurse - Dustin - looked after me with kindness, professionalism and a clear passion for what he does. I felt he went the extra step in every way for me to make sure I was the most comfortable both physically/medically and emotionally. For example, I was very anxious about the procedure, he came with me to theater, chatted and calmed me. He was there for me when I came back onto ward and every kind familiar face in life always counts. The ward was clean, the staff professional kind and caring. I felt really cared for.
