I asked for a referral to one of my previous surgeons and received an appt for a diagnostic clinic. That appt was spinal diagnostics where I was seen by someone who arranged an appt for an MRI. My 2nd appt was cancelled twice and I was then seen at the clinic 5 months after the MRI. The person was dismissive of me and discharged me stating the pain was due to another condition I have. The pain is emanating from the exact same location as previously and sending shocks down my right leg, identical pain suffered prior to my previous successful spine surgeries. This person is not a qualified doctor /surgeon / consultant and I now know is a senior physiotherapist although that information was not provided at the first appointment. ..of course they may ‘know their stuff’ however did not bother to examine me or observe my gait. I left feeling fatigued and saddened by the attitude and complete dismissal of me. I am aware there are many people presenting with my issues but I do not feel I was anything other than a number in a tick box exercise. Now, I am unsure what to do or where to seek help. The pain is so intense and debilitating

I was a patient and it was awful experience. The staff does not care and lazy. I was not given medications at right time and when I complained I was simply brushed off. Worst care I ever received. Alex Hill.

During my labor, the staff in the maternity unit were very friendly and looked after me and my husband. The midwives in particular were amazing. Never though I would have such a positive experience during a difficult labor.

During my stay in Lister Ward August 2016, I witnessed gross negligence of a 97 year old, Punjabi lady. In the early hours the lady was moved from her bed onto a commode and left unattended. The lady fell onto the floor and once the night staff became aware put her back into bed without recording the incidence on the patient's notes. The next day the elderly lady was in a lot of pain. The staff on the new shift had not been informed about the incidence. The patient in the next bed alerted the family the next day and it wasn't until the evening that the elderly lady was taken to theatre to be treated for a broken hip. The lady didn't speak any English. The family confronted the responsible nurse, the nurse's response was 'I have other patients to look after'. The incident happended in the early hours of the morning, most of the patients were asleep. On 12th August in the early hours, the same two nurses and a Filipino male health assistant were doing the night shift. The responsible nurse said to the two others, 'if anyone asks, say ' you saw nothing'' The same nurse had on a couple of occasions ignored my plea for clean sheets and nightwear and I was left in sodden sheets and pyjamas until the next shift came on board. I was being treated for pnuemonia and multiple blood clots.

Hi, i am Rajinder Kaur. i am writing to thank Hillingdon Hospital. i suffered and survived with Breast Cancer. I was grateful that that Dr Arunmoy Chakravorty was assigned to me as my Surgeon. The competency of you and your team was awe inspiring, and I couldn't have been more lucky that Dr Chakravorty was the physician on duty when I came into the hospital that day. The work you do is so important. And you excel at your work in every way possible. So, thank you. My family and I will never forget what you've done for me. I also would like to thank Dr Babu and my all time favorite and loving RN "Wendy" I can't thank you enough for the care and attention you gave to me. This has been a very difficult time for me, but it could have been much worse were without your dedication and expertise. I am truly grateful for the level of care you were able to administer to me. But, i am also grateful for the time you took to talk with me to help me better understand my options. It was a great comfort. Thanks again. You are truly doing God's work. Sincerely Rajinder Kaur
