I have visited this hospital several times, different departments, and have always been treated extremely well. I try to select this hospital whenever possible .
The receptionist at the outpatient section was rude and bossy. Her male colleague was different - he was polite and kind. She made no eye-contact; rolled her eyes; wagged her finger and behaved as if the general population was beneath her. I actually wanted to leave but I had an important appointment and thought I better see it through. The other staff here are lovely.
I've been attending the hospital for almost a year now in connection with carpal tunnel symptoms, and my carpal tunnel surgery was carried out here. Everyone has been courteous, caring and professional throughout. A slight miscommunication around surgery timings was resolved quickly and efficiently, everything was explained to me clearly, and I was well looked after. I would definitely attend Highgate Hospital again

I've received such great care at Highgate. From the physos, who have been wonderful, to the X-ray and scan technicians, to the nursing staff. Thank you!
It was my first time attending to Highgate hospital and I was very pleased. I had my first operation in another hospital which they messed up, so I’ve been referred to Highgate hospital and had my second operation and now o don’t have any problems.
The nurses and the doctors was very nice and took good care of my issues.
Thank you :)
