The service and physio I saw was amazing! I was a bit reluctant as didn’t feel my problem was musculoskeletal. I was listened to! The consultation was very thorough and as they fed back to the GP about my other concerns these have also now been dealt with. Turns out my issue is musculoskeletal - I was given exercises quickly and a follow up telephone appointment. I actually felt cared about in a healthcare setting for the first time since before the pandemic. Thank you!

Excellent service, treated by physiotherapist [name removed] who explained my scan results and gave me exercises to strengthen my neck muscles I received an initial phone call regarding my first appointment, confirmed by text message. All appointments were made to suit me, reception staff were friendly and polite. A lovely atmosphere in the whole building . [name removed] emailed me my exercise’s as well as showing me how to do them, followed up with phone calls to see how I was getting on between appointments. Felt very comfortable under the department’s care, treated with dignity and respect the whole time .
