Very poor service, have been trying to access help for my child since nursery they are now 12 years old and are being severely let down especially in the secondary school setting due to no diagnosis and being written off as a problem child, no communication from CAMHS, found out they’d sat in childs lesson to observe by accident from a teacher, still haven’t heard from them in over a year, no further on than we were 10 years ago, bizarre as adult daughter was diagnosed with ADHD in less than a month through her university!!

We are desperate for help and guidance with our severely autistic daughter and unfortunately Camhs are proving to be a complete waste of time and constant disappointment. They cancel appointments or just dont turn up and in 5 months have yet to give us one piece of advice or guidance. We have no-where else to turn to for help and Camhs really dont care at all. They clearly hope you dont get in contact with them and just ‘go away’.

Maybe it would help if you listened instead of fobbing people off who are desperate for help with their children, complete waste of time, no help from you people at all !!!!!!!
